How your information is used

This consultation collects your business description, workflow needs and contact details so Triston can assess a possible automation project and contact you about it.

AI helps prepare the review

Your workflow answers may be processed by Anthropic’s Claude to prepare a draft strategy. Your contact name, email, phone and preferred call time are excluded from that AI request. Business details you include in other answers may still be processed. A person reviews the draft before it becomes an agreed plan.

Your answers stay private

Submissions are stored in the site’s online database and are accessible to Triston’s signed-in owner account. They are not published on the public form or automatically added to a marketing mailing list. Do not enter passwords, API keys, private customer records or sensitive personal documents.

Questions or changes

Contact tristonbuilds@gmail.com to request a correction, removal or to withdraw permission for follow-up. Submissions are retained while the enquiry is being handled and until Triston reviews whether they are still needed.
